I was checking for blogs related mini sprint racing and somehow came across yours.

Sure looks very muddy is some of those pictures. The track my brother drives at is watered througout the night, but the water truck drives quick so it never gets real muddy.

Dirt tracking is new to me as I grew up with my dad doing the late models on asphalt.

Do you have any video of the races that can be watched? I enjoy watching race videos, particularly from random short tracks across the country that you would not see otherwise.

Here's to "turning right, going left"!

Dear Mr. Weaver and TEAM WEAVER,

My 5th period English class agrees that the team should be smart about safety issues. Safety is a big responsibility so you as the owner are right in caring about it. One way to convince the team is what the kids that take small engine repair class at our school understand. Being safe doesn't mean that you can't have fun at the same time.

The car and new engine both look awesome! Perhaps you could bring it to Hallettsville on your next visit.

Yeah, we're excited, too, about bringing the car and Skyler to schools--including Big Lake.

We are very excited about this new series of books and Mr. Weaver will be visiting our school in April. Are there any promotional posters/books that we can use at school to get the kids excited about the school visit?

I'm really looking forward to your visit of our fabulous school Hidden Oaks and the 4th hour class of Ms. Bernhardt. Over here we are so much better than Twin Oaks. The english teacher here is so much better than the one over there. Whatever they say. just know that we are always right and Twin Oaks will always be wrong!!!

my language arts (english) teacher bought this book just for me. ive been looking for dirt track racing book cuz my dad is a driver in northern wisconsin. i like racing alot.

I was very excited to find this article. I am Christmas shopping for my cousin who, liked your article said, loves racing but hates his English teacher. I always want to buy some book for Christmas that might spark his interest in reading. i think this series just might do the job.

Will-I love how "real" you write. I have not gotten to read SND yet, cannot wait! I look forward to book #2 also, I think it will be more what I wanted to see in #1 from what you say. Other kids want to hear the struggles, not think it was easy for the kid in #16. It makes him real and helps them relate. Quite possibly they can see with dedication and a bit of soul searching a kid can amaze himself and everyone around him.
You will touch many kids lives,
