Steve Beach? Is he from Missouri by any chance? If he is, I watch him race here at the local dirt tracks in Missouri. Tracks such as Callaway Raceways in Fulton, MO, and Lake Ozark Speedway in Eldon, MO. He runs a FASTRACK Late Model usually, and does very well.

Hi, Mr. Weaver, I'm a racer chick wanna be and an ELA teacher at RFMS. It was so nice of you to take the time to send our students an English lesson. Having the students write in complete sentences has been one of the battles we've been fighting all year. Thanks for the extra help. When the students hear it from a professional writer it makes all the difference in the world.
I also wanted to tell you how excited we all are to have you come to little old Rockport, Texas. It's not everyday you'll see a race car in our town. I'm sure you will get a few looks from the older folks around here. But who knows you might spark some life into the old Rockport. My students and I are counting down the days and will be reading your books until then.
